What You'll Do:-

As an Associate Principal Animator at Aristocrat, you will play a pivotal role in crafting world-class gaming experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Contributing innovative gaming animations throughout the production cycle.

• Ensuring consistency and quality of animation/build work across project teams.

• Comprehending and quickly acting on Art briefs, conceptualizing and producing creative animations and artwork.

• Serving as a seeding resource for a creative animation team, which will initially handle tasks in India and later be part of a distributed team.

• Responding promptly to remote direction and making requested changes in a timely manner.

• Communicating complex art and animation-related issues clearly to local and remote team members.

• Adding customer value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept through post-production.

• Providing high-quality digital artwork and animation for innovative gaming products, as directed by the Chief Concept Creator and Art Director.

• Conceptualizing new art and animation products in accordance with art briefs.

• Developing astonishing products and contributing to co-workers’ skill development.

• Continuously seeking and implementing improvements.

What We're Looking For:-

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled animator with a proven track record. The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 10+ years of computer experience using related programs.

• At least 6+ years of experience in a commercial art/animation environment.

• Experience leading a team of artists and animators is an added advantage.

• A formal qualification in Graphic Build or Animation.

• Expertise as a Senior 3D Animator/Generalist in a Slot Machine Build Studio.

• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects for compositing, applying FX, and rendering animation outputs.

• Advanced skills in Blender for modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and animation.

• Ability to build and maintain efficient rigs for characters, symbols, and mechanical assets.

• Experience modeling and texturing characters, environments, and game elements with attention to visual style and performance constraints.

• Skill in crafting and setting up lighting to improve clarity, mood, and visual impact in a real-time or game-focused pipeline.

• Ability to work alongside designers and engineers to incorporate animated assets and visual effects into the game pipeline.

• Capability to iterate on work based on creative direction, technical feedback, and gameplay needs.

• Consistency in maintaining established art direction while contributing creative polish.

• Background in crafting game-ready assets for real-time or interactive applications.

• Familiarity with slot game development or implementation.

• Skilled in using Trapcode plugins for motion graphics and visual effects.

• Working knowledge of Unity, including importing, setting up, and previewing animated assets.
