We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Gaming Coordinator to join our Belgian team. Reporting directly to the Casino Manager for Belgium, you will play a key role in ensuring our Casino product remains competitive by coordinating game releases, testing new content, supporting promotional activities, and delivering the best possible player experience.

A flavour of what you'll do
- Report directly to the Casino Manager for Belgium supporting the execution of the Casino product strategy.
- Own the Belgium game release roadmap ensuring all planned releases are delivered on the global release date whenever possible.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external game providers to ensure timely delivery of new games and product updates.
- Execute comprehensive testing of new games across desktop and mobile identifying and escalating any issues before launch.
- Ensure all game releases meet Belgium regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Monitor upcoming provider roadmaps and coordinate release planning with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the setup and execution of Casino and Live Casino tournaments ensuring all configurations are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with Above-The-Line (ATL) Casino product activities, including game selection, promotional planning and launch coordination.
- Liaise with Product, QA, CRM, Compliance and Technical teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Monitor game releases after launch reporting any issues or opportunities for optimisation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and keep up to date with industry trends and new Casino product innovations.
- Assist with gameplay investigations, provider queries and any Casino-related operational requests.
- Support reporting, presentations and ad hoc projects for the Belgium Casino product.
Requirements
- Experience within the online gaming/iGaming industry.
- Good understanding of Casino products and game providers.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience testing digital products or Casino games is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered a strong advantage.
