The Crown Is Yours

As an Associate Director, Product, Access & Identity, you'll lead the strategy and execution for the platforms that power how customers create accounts, authenticate, and manage their identities across our ecosystem. You'll set the long-term vision for Access & Identity while leading a team of Product Managers responsible for foundational customer experiences that support growth, security, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and business stakeholders, you'll align teams around shared priorities and deliver experiences that serve millions of customers. Your leadership will help define the future of authentication, identity, and account management across our platform.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 160,000.00 USD - 200,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
