As the main point of contact for your partners, you'll keep them compliant and closely monitored while staying on top of day-to-day support and engagement.

What you'll build with us:
Identify and onboard new affiliates, negotiate stronger deals and stay ahead of trends in SEO, paid media and AI. You'll bring a proactive, analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues, optimise performance and keep the affiliate program running smoothly.

The impact you’ll make:

• Identify, research and onboard new affiliates across various traffic sources
• Benchmark our program's performance, commission structures and partner portfolio against key competitors
• Stay on top of trends in SEO, paid media, app marketing and search/AI algorithm shifts
• Manage a portfolio of affiliates as their main point of contact for day-to-day support
• Negotiate improved deal and commission structures to maximise profitability and traffic volume
• Analyse performance data to optimise deals, identify growth opportunities and maintain traffic quality
• Monitor KPIs and report on affiliate program performance
• Vet and monitor partners to ensure compliance and protect brand integrity
• Manage day-to-day admin and cross-functional coordination to keep the program running smoothly

Your track record:

• At least 1 year in performance-based affiliate marketing or a similar data-driven digital marketing role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) for analysis, forecasting and reporting
• Experience with affiliate or SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or similar for competitive analysis
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to secure and optimise partner agreements
• Strong verbal and written communication for clear, professional interaction with teams and affiliates
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot issues and propose data-backed solutions

Bonus points if you also have:

• Understanding of how search engine algorithms and AI impact traffic acquisition
• Knowledge of streaming platforms for content creators
• Familiarity with sports betting, online gambling or crypto industries
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to new tools and shifts in the digital landscape
• Comfortable working across global timezones
