Partner Studios Success Manager - Middle

Overview:

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Partner Studio Success Manager - Middle to join our Partner Studio team. In this role, you'll work closely with game studios, helping them grow their business on our platform while building long-term commercial partnerships. You'll combine relationship management, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision-making to maximize partner success and business growth.

Purpose of the role:

As a Partner Studio Success Manager, you'll drive the success of our game studio partnerships by identifying growth opportunities, supporting commercial initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our content portfolio, improving partner performance, and delivering greater value to operators and players.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with game studios, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction

• Drive commercial growth by identifying opportunities to increase partner performance through promotional activities and business development initiatives

• Coordinate promotional campaigns and go-to-market activities with internal teams and external partners to maximize commercial impact

• Support commercial negotiations, including promotional opportunities, partnership terms, and business development initiatives

• Monitor partner performance by analyzing KPIs, GGR, and promotional effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations to improve commercial results

• Maintain accurate partner records, commercial pipelines, and activity tracking within CRM systems, ensuring data quality and visibility

• Evaluate prospective game studio partnerships by assessing commercial potential, product quality, market fit, and competitive positioning

• Collaborate with Product, Account Management, Legal, Integration, Marketing, and BI teams to ensure successful partner onboarding, launches, and ongoing business growth

Required Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in Partnership Management, Account Management, Business Development, Commercial Management, or a similar role within the iGaming industry

• Fluent English and Russian

• Experience working for an online casino operator (preferred), game provider, or game aggregation platform

• Strong understanding of the online casino content ecosystem, including game providers, aggregators, and operator business needs

• Experience analyzing business performance, GGR, KPIs, promotional effectiveness, and commercial metrics to support business decisions

• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus) and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

Nice to have:

• Experience launching new game providers or managing content partnerships

• Knowledge of commercial models used in the iGaming industry, including revenue share and promotional agreements
