Entain starts phased CEE exit

Announced 13 August 2026 with H1 results - Entain sells a 20% stake in Entain CEE, the STS (Poland) and SuperSport (Croatia) joint venture, back to partner EMMA Capital for €425m, cutting its own holding from 67.5% to 47.5% and implying a €2.1bn enterprise value. Completion expected early Q4 2026, with proceeds earmarked to bring group leverage below 3x.
