Announced 27 July 2026 - Fanatics buys Water Street Labs, a CFTC-registered designated contract market, and CX Clearinghouse, its derivatives clearing organisation, from BGC, bringing in-house the regulated infrastructure behind Fanatics Markets ahead of a planned push into financial event contracts.
