Tech Lead - SFDC Developer (CPQ)

What You'll Do

• Build, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.
• Develop and sustain integrations through Salesforce Web Services APIs, such as REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
• Own the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution build, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Apply and champion Salesforce guidelines, architectural patterns, and coding standards across the team.
• Manage development workflows using version control (branching, merging, pull requests) and DevOps tooling such as Salesforce CLI, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
• Write comprehensive test coverage to ensure quality, reliability, and successful deployments.
• Collaborate closely with business partners, project teams, and QA to translate requirements into well-designed solutions.
• Evaluate third-party vendor tools and integration strategies to support platform growth.
• Develop accurate effort estimates and contribute to project planning and prioritization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in practice. (Required)
• 5+ years of professional IT solutions development experience in a medium-to-large corporate environment. (Required)
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, CPQ and platform configuration. (Required)
• Experience working with Salesforce Web Services APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata. (Strongly Preferred)
• Experience with declarative automation tools: Flow, Process Builder, or similar. (Strongly Preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices: Salesforce CLI, version control, CI/CD pipelines, or tools like Copado or AutoRABIT. (Strongly Preferred)
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect). (Strongly Preferred)
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning implementations. (Plus)
• Background in Agile development methodologies and business analysis. (Plus)
• Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools. (Plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
• Clear, effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance team.
