Customer Service AgentShift Schedule:
09:00–17:00, 11:00–19:00, 17:00–01:00, 19:00–03:00
(Night shifts 2–3 times per month)
*Ability to work in all shifts is required.
Salary: 160,000 AMD

- Handle customer inquiries via Digital Service Channels: inbound and outbound call center, chat, Email, Social Media
- Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns
- Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately
- Verify any kind of information related to subscribers
- Follow a high level of customer data confidentiality
- Follow company standards in customer service
- Proper knowledge of Company products/ services/promotions/standards.
- Fluency in Armenian, good knowledge of Russian, and English will be considered a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills
