Technical Delivery Configuration Associate (Fixed Term Contract)

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Handle gaming platform configurations and backend systems.
• Configure casino and sports promotional mechanics, player journeys and messaging, standard automations, and game and casino settings.
• Identify and escalate technical issues arising during configuration.
• Establish and maintain user accounts with appropriate system permissions and access levels.
• Work closely with CRM teams to execute marketing automation campaigns and support technical implementation of custom solutions for various stakeholders.
• Learn the fundamentals of our products, including their structure and features.
• Gain insight into technical processes within a global organization.
• Collaborate and communicate daily with teams across the company and with external stakeholders.
• Continuously develop your skills and expand your knowledge in the Technical Delivery domain.
• Occasionally participate in extended coverage shifts to support global operations, currently once per week with flexible scheduling.
• Gain knowledge of gaming regulations across different markets.
