We are looking for a commercially minded leader to shape the future of Pragmatic Play's Enhance platform. This role will sit within the Commercial organisation and reporting to the Promotions & Marketing Director.
Enhance is our suite of player engagement and promotional products, powering the campaigns of leading operators worldwide. From tournaments to missions, and new engagement mechanics, you'll define the strategy, influence the roadmap and ensure our products continue to set the industry standard.
This is a highly visible leadership role that combines product strategy, commercial thinking and innovation. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial and Data to build products that operators love and players keep coming back to.
This is a hands-on leadership role that can be based in Gibraltar, Malta, Isle of Man, or remote.
- Identify market opportunities and define the next generation of promotional and player engagement products.
- Champion customer needs by engaging with operators, analysing market trends and translating insights into product strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end Enhance lifecycle, from concept and business case through launch and continuous optimisation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and UX to deliver high-impact features that create value for operators and players.
- Drive commercial success by increasing Enhance adoption, utilisation and long-term value across operators.
- Own Enhance performance by defining KPIs and using data to measure success.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for Enhance tools and deliver operator-facing sales materials with Product Marketing.
- Partner with Risk and Product teams to develop operator configuration guidelines that promote the safe and effective use of Enhance tools across different game verticals.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts by evaluating market trends and competitor offerings, identifying opportunities for differentiation, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Represent the Enhance portfolio internally and externally as the subject matter expert.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and customer focus.
- Proven experience leading product marketing strategy within iGaming.
- Strong understanding of player engagement, promotional mechanics and operator needs.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate market opportunities into successful products.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven decision maker with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for innovation and creating products that deliver measurable value.
- Experience working with BI & data science teams to define and pull operational data necessary for you to conduct your responsibilities.
- Mastery over the Office Suite and any other digital design products that can clearly communicate and relay your ideas.
- Experience doing competitive analyses and understand how to filter, prepare, and present this information in a way that is actionable.
- Ideally experience analysing acquisition, retention, and user experience data in a complex, large-scale product portfolio, ideally with experience in iGaming.
- Ideally have tested and/or play tested games and other digital products.
- Ideally have some technical background or knowledge.
