Regulated Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder (GGL)
Germany regulates nationwide online gambling under the Interstate Treaty on Gambling 2021. The GGL whitelist is the controlling public source for authorised operators, products and consumer domains. The snapshot reviewed by iGaming Atlas was dated 21 July 2026; GGL states that the list is updated at least monthly. A company name alone is not treated as proof that a similarly named consumer brand is authorised.
