Regulated Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos (SRIJ)
Portugal is regulated under Decree-Law 66/2015. Only entities listed by SRIJ may offer online gambling locally. The official register updated on 27 July 2026 lists 19 brands, including Retabet and Vincino with consumer websites marked as forthcoming.
